Amazing Grace


Waking up to this beautiful morning and I felt the need to be on the blog to share the amazing grace of God.

Amazing Grace is love so pure,so real it will never give up on you no matter how deep you work into the valley of darkness
Words may not be fully enough to express this type of love or maybe like me,you might not want to fully give details but I also know that someone in the house somehow understands this type of love that is real yet supernatural
Am talking about the love of God that never fails,unmerited  love.
Your only little commitment is not good enough yet He loves you regardless.
As human beings,when we love, we expect love in return but when we don't get love back,we feel frustrated, used and we don't mind dumping that love because love is a two-way communication
The love of God on the other hand is so real,so pure,so free-giving,hoping that one day you will realize that He loves you and appreciate His love.
This is not supposed to be lengthy,just my own way of saying He did something for me for which am eternally grateful.
Thank you Jesus for loving me!!

Depression- What about it?

Depression is an emotion that comes up every now and then.Life really is a mixture of emotions though you pray the good supercede the bad and the ugly. So what happens when you are depressed? Do you sink in and hit rock bottom? Or do you fight it ? It's not a good feeling and no one deserves to be depressed so you have to fight it. Some of the things I do during my downtimes that are really helpful to me and I hope someone that comes across it might find helpful. 1: Identify my triggers and run away from them as much as possible or at least till am in a better head space. 2: Depression triggers the need to find comfort in food,watch what you eat at this point to avoid eating all the unhealthy food choices that will increase your health risks. 3:Talk to people you can really trust about whatever is bothering you and hear their perspective. 4: Keep a journal.I call my journal "healing journal" where I write all my crazy thoughts,concerns, challenges everything.
