It's a new month,Monday so glad to be on the blog
Welcome November!!!
A lot has been happening

First I scheduled this post for yesterday but somehow I didn't make it
During the week, I had the opportunity to tell someone that my life is busy
When you think of the commitment of everyday life,where in the world will you have time to be 'nosey' about another person's business
I work Monday -Saturday
At my leisure I keep up with social media to know 'whatsup'
When I get the chance to party "birthdays,weddings" I don't miss  which includes thinking of what to wear and all
I also calculate how to keep up with bills to pay ,what's the next level as in how to increase income
No time to talk about you and your 'wahala' as we say in Nigeria
I never deal with my own finish Seriously #NoTime
That's just a break down of activities round me the past week.

Counting down to the end of January. It’s been an awesome one month ride!! Fresh start , getting it right, character development , identifying talents and learning skills. Depression- What about it?

Depression is an emotion that comes up every now and then.Life really is a mixture of emotions though you pray the good supercede the bad and the ugly. So what happens when you are depressed? Do you sink in and hit rock bottom? Or do you fight it ? It's not a good feeling and no one deserves to be depressed so you have to fight it. Some of the things I do during my downtimes that are really helpful to me and I hope someone that comes across it might find helpful. 1: Identify my triggers and run away from them as much as possible or at least till am in a better head space. 2: Depression triggers the need to find comfort in food,watch what you eat at this point to avoid eating all the unhealthy food choices that will increase your health risks. 3:Talk to people you can really trust about whatever is bothering you and hear their perspective. 4: Keep a journal.I call my journal "healing journal" where I write all my crazy thoughts,concerns, challenges everything.
