How to identify a scammer.

My post today is  "How to identify a scammer".
Last week Tuesday wrote a post on social media,lessons I have learnt so far mentioned scammers because they're everywhere on the internet.
Who is a scammer??
According to the free dictionary by Farlex, a person who swindles you by means of deception or fraud.
a deceiver,cheat,a person who exploits the confidence of his victim.
There are different types of scammers dating and romance scammers,fake recruitment sites, 419 scams
                          How to identify a scammer.
Scammers target victims by creating fake profiles.
Once you're in contact with a scammer,they will express strong emotions and suggest you move the relationship to phone or instant messaging.
Scammers often claim to be overseas.They will go a long way of sharing their personal information to gain your trust.
After that they will tell you elaborate story and ask for money,gifts.
They are so desperate,persistent or direct can resolve to blackmail in some cases.
Protect yourself from scams,be careful about how much personal information you share on social media sites.
Report cases of scams.
Read,like and share with your friends.

    Scammers are everywhere, you've got to admire their consistency though.

Depression- What about it?

Depression is an emotion that comes up every now and then.Life really is a mixture of emotions though you pray the good supercede the bad and the ugly. So what happens when you are depressed? Do you sink in and hit rock bottom? Or do you fight it ? It's not a good feeling and no one deserves to be depressed so you have to fight it. Some of the things I do during my downtimes that are really helpful to me and I hope someone that comes across it might find helpful. 1: Identify my triggers and run away from them as much as possible or at least till am in a better head space. 2: Depression triggers the need to find comfort in food,watch what you eat at this point to avoid eating all the unhealthy food choices that will increase your health risks. 3:Talk to people you can really trust about whatever is bothering you and hear their perspective. 4: Keep a journal.I call my journal "healing journal" where I write all my crazy thoughts,concerns, challenges everything.
