Monday Post:Oh Happy Day!!!

Happy day beautiful people!!!
How is your day so far??
Hope fine.
Am not just in a happy zone today.
Not like I had a nightmare or something but some how I saw myself dwelling on all the things that went wrong and I kept asking why??
It's been a long time I felt this way and really this is not where I want to see myself or where I would wish to be in 'thought zone' but I can't help myself with these thoughts randomly creeping in like stubborn uninvited guests that refuse to go *sigh*

Thursday last week was my bestie birthday but I forgot to holla @ her.*feeling bad*
Normally I set phone reminder for the birthday of my loved ones.
This fateful day my phone was off for 12hours no light for almost 2 days.
 I off the phone putting it on at intervals when I need to make call.(my own way of conversing the energy)
It didn't work because I missed to say happy birthday to my dearest friend or to use her pix as 'dp' for the day.
Am saying a big birthday to you dear and more blessings.

Depression- What about it?

Depression is an emotion that comes up every now and then.Life really is a mixture of emotions though you pray the good supercede the bad and the ugly. So what happens when you are depressed? Do you sink in and hit rock bottom? Or do you fight it ? It's not a good feeling and no one deserves to be depressed so you have to fight it. Some of the things I do during my downtimes that are really helpful to me and I hope someone that comes across it might find helpful. 1: Identify my triggers and run away from them as much as possible or at least till am in a better head space. 2: Depression triggers the need to find comfort in food,watch what you eat at this point to avoid eating all the unhealthy food choices that will increase your health risks. 3:Talk to people you can really trust about whatever is bothering you and hear their perspective. 4: Keep a journal.I call my journal "healing journal" where I write all my crazy thoughts,concerns, challenges everything.
