4 ways to be Monday Positive

Good afternoon dear friends, how’s your day going?

Last week on the blog, I wrote about Monday buzz kill.
Immediately I clicked publish, I felt guilty pangs like;
am I fueling Monday hate??
So I sprang to action seeking answers.
I stumbled into a lot of answers but I had to narrow them down to arrive at 4 ways to be Monday positive which I would like to share with you.

  • Start with a positive attitude: Monday is your first chance in the week for a fresh start. The weekend just ended with enough partying and resting. Don’t worry though; you’ll have plenty of weekends to come. Enjoy this Monday and give your week the perfect jump it needs.Be excited!!!
  • Write: Make a list of what you need to do on Monday over the weekend. This will help avoid stress and create some organization.
  • Dress your best: Clothes have a way of boosting your mood. Wear what makes you look and feel good. See how it transforms your personal and professional life.
  • Be Fabulous: Do something kind or nice. Think of some thing personal or genuinely valuable to say to a colleague like share a smile, compliment someone’s dress. Anything just spread the love and make someone's day.
